FOUNDATIONAL

- Capable of managing multiple complex multi-disciplined project
TECHNICAL
- Applies extensive diversified knowledge of principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields of water and wastewater utility projects
- Build client relationships and assist with specific client development using technical expertise
- Sets / Develops project scopes, budgets and schedules and manage projects as assigned
- Responsible for accuracy of technical aspects of projects
- Solves complex and novel assignments requiring new or improved techniques or procedures
- QA/QC
- Executes cross discipline checks and coordination
- Reviews complete project documents for conformity and quality assurance
- Recognizes and reports risk management issues to Vice President and Legal Department as appropriate
- Completes Project Closeout procedure

QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Master’s, BCEE, PMP, LEED AP preferred
- Engaged in life-long learning to maintain knowledge associated with Architecture / Engineering contemporary issues
- Professional Engineer
